Job Description: D2C Shopify Growth Specialist (Commission-Based)

Platform: Shopify (Independent Brand Store Only — No Third-Party Marketplaces)

Compensation: Performance-Based Commission (% of Net Revenue from Shopify, excluding returns)
About the Role:
Metro Kreations is an independent home decor and lifestyle brand. We have just launched our brand-new independent Shopify webstore, and we are skipping public online marketplaces entirely. We want to build our own digital storefront, and we need a hungry, self-driven D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) Growth Specialist to own our store traffic and revenue scaling.
This is a pure storefront-scaling role. We are not listing on Amazon, Flipkart, or other multi-vendor marketplaces. Your sole focus will be optimizing our Shopify funnel, driving high-intent traffic to our website, and converting those visitors into paying customers.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
• Drive Independent Shopify Sales: Own the end-to-end strategy for driving profitable sales directly through our Shopify website.
• Social & Search Ads (Performance Marketing): Design, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta/Instagram, Google Ads) to send targeted traffic straight to our landing pages.
• Website Conversion Rate (CRO): Audit and tweak our new Shopify store layout, checkout flow, and product pages to maximize the number of visitors who complete a purchase.
• Direct Store SEO: Optimize our Shopify collection pages, product tags, and descriptions to ensure we rank organically on search engines.
• Data Tracking: Set up robust tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) to accurately map ad spend to final Shopify sales.
What We Are Looking For
• Proven track record of scaling independent Shopify stores from scratch (experience in Home Decor, Furniture, or Lifestyle niches is a massive plus).
• Deep expertise with the Shopify ecosystem, conversion apps, and page-builders.
• Expert-level execution of Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ad campaigns.
• A pure performance-focused mindset cantered on lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Highly comfortable working on a pure profit-sharing/commission structure.
Compensation Details
• This is a contract freelance position.
• Payout: A fixed percentage (%) of Net Revenue generated exclusively via our Shopify store (Total completed Shopify checkout sales minus customer returns, cancellations, and taxes).
• We offer an aggressive, highly competitive percentage because we want an expert who believes in their ability to deliver results.
