SEO Admin Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for a results-driven SEO specialist to manage and optimize our website with a strong focus on generating real traffic and inquiries (not just technical work or reports).
Our current starting budget is **$100/month**. We understand this is a starter budget and are looking for the right independent freelancer to grow with us long-term. As results improve through increased traffic, rankings, and inquiries, we are open to increasing the monthly budget and expanding into additional marketing projects such as Social Media Marketing.
Independent Freelancer Only (No Agencies)
We are specifically looking to work directly with **one independent SEO professional**. Access to our website, analytics, and business accounts will only be granted to the freelancer hired.
We are **not** looking for agencies, teams, project managers, or subcontracted workers. If you outsource work or operate as part of a team, please do not apply.
Scope of Work
On-Page SEO
• Perform a full technical SEO audit and fix priority issues (site speed, indexing, errors, structure)
• Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent and conversion-based keywords
• Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, content structure, images, and URLs
• Improve internal linking and website structure
Off-Page SEO
• Review and improve backlink profile (quality over quantity)
• Build high-quality backlinks using ethical white-hat strategies
• Improve website authority and visibility over time
Tracking & Reporting
• Manage or review Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related tools
• Provide weekly or bi-weekly updates with clear KPIs (traffic, rankings, clicks, inquiries)
• Recommend next steps based on performance
Important Expectations
• Focus on real business results (traffic growth, ranking improvements, inquiries)
• No outsourcing or subcontracting without prior written approval
• Full transparency in all work performed
• All accounts and assets must remain under our ownership
• Direct communication through Upwork only
• The person hired must be the person performing the work
