Performance-Based Shopify Growth Manager
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
We are looking for a skilled and result-driven professional to manage and scale our Shopify store. The primary goal is to generate consistent sales, improve conversions, and build a strong online presence for our brand.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales-driven marketing strategies
• Run and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Improve store conversion rate and customer journey
• Implement upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies
• Analyze performance data and provide growth insights
• Continuously test and scale winning campaigns
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Shopify store growth
• Strong understanding of paid advertising and ROI
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Data-driven mindset with measurable results
• Ability to work independently and deliver performance
Compensation:
This is a performance-based opportunity. You will receive 5% of the net profit on every sale generated through your efforts. The more you scale, the more you earn.
