Experienced Google Ads Manager Needed

Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets of $30,000+ USD (higher is a plus)
Strong knowledge of Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns
Experience optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and lead generation
Proficient with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and Looker Studio
Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optimization
Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns
Excellent English communication skills
Available for long-term remote collaboration
