UX/UI Designer for Web Interface Optimization
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
? Hey, I’m Adam. I run three businesses—a web agency, an e-commerce store, and a marketing agency—and I’m looking for a talented UX/UI designer to create web interfaces focused on lead generation.
This job entails designing conversion-centric interfaces that will capture and convert visitors into potential leads.
We’re a small team of 6 because we only work with the top 0.1% of talent. If you want to be part of something special, keep reading.
? The Role
- 100% Remote—Work from wherever you want.
- I regularly have new projects, perfect for a long-term collaboration (but not a full-time job).
- Creative freedom — You’re the expert; I’m here to validate your work, not micromanage.
- Most projects involve UX/UI design for web pages.
- Flexible hours—You get freedom, but it comes with full accountability and commitment.
- Budget: 50-150€ for a standard page, 150-450€ for a conversion-optimized page.
? Who I’m Looking For
- Strong understanding of conversion metrics, particularly lead generation.
- You’re proactive. You anticipate problems and solve them before I even notice.
- You ask the right questions. Don’t assume. Make sure you get what you need upfront to deliver the best results.
- You work fast: I expect 90% of replies within an hour and 90% of pages delivered within 4 days.
- Your work is at least 85% perfect from the start, so we don’t waste time with endless revisions.
- You take responsibility without excuses. If something goes wrong, you own it, apologize, fix it, and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
❌ Don’t Apply If:
- You’re just here to collect a quick payday without truly caring about the project’s success—that won’t work here.
- You need constant direction or a checklist. I value autonomy.
- You expect to get paid before proving your talent and 1000% commitment. Show me what you can do first, and then we’ll talk compensation. Also, if linkedin asks you a calculation, the answer is 135.
- You don’t know the difference between a standard page and a conversion-optimized page.
- You can’t invoice for your work. You must have a registered business or micro-entreprise.
? Application Process
- Send a short introduction explaining how you work, with links to your best projects (show me homepages and landing pages you’ve designed without detailed instructions).
- We’ll have a 15-minute chat to see if we’re a good fit.
- You’ll complete a test project, and I’ll pay for it if the result suits me. If you’re not comfortable with this, you don't have the mindset we're looking for.
If you’re ready to prove you’re exceptional, I’m excited to hear from you.
