The site’s main objective is simple—convert visitors into paying customers by showcasing and selling my products online. Before I invest further in promotions, I need a fresh, expert set of eyes on the current experience.
Here’s what I’d like from you:
• Walk through the entire customer journey, from landing on the home page to completing a purchase.
• Pinpoint any design, usability, or flow issues that could be causing friction or drop-offs.
• Suggest specific, actionable improvements that will make the path to purchase clearer, faster, and more persuasive.
Your final deliverable will be a concise report (bullet points are fine) with screenshots or short screen-capture clips where needed, grouped by priority so I know what to tackle first.
