CRO Conversion Specialist - Recommendations Expert (READ BRIEF PLEASE)

ABOUT MY CLIENT
One of the Largest Sports Licensing Agencies for Signed Memorabilia Items. They operate similar to a digital marketing agency that manages multiple clients. We have four global sports brands as clients, for whom we are their official memorabilia partner for.
An example would NBA Team LA Lakers, who have their own merchandise store but we manage their official signed memorabilia store (microsite).
Products that feature are existing star players signed merchandise and past legends signed memorabilia, products range from signed; baseball caps, footballs, jerseys, uk football team shirts, boxing gloves etc.
ABOUT YOU
o Seeking a conversion optimisation specialist (ideally with extensive Shopify knowledge)
o It is critical that you have knowledge of evaluating a site and determining what cro actions can be introduced to amplify performance;
- This does not mean I am looking for somebody to simply list a whole host of CRO elements from a list
JOB REQUIREMENTS
o I am seeking somebody to go through the site and examine Analytics data and hot jar data to determine what causes of action is required to get impactful conversion optimised results
- I will be providing a list of CRO actions we are already considering to ensure we’re not duplicating efforts
o This is not a CRO Audit – this has already been done and I’m happy to include this as part of the data information that you evaluate alongside accessing our Google Analytics account and Hot Jar data.
- Access to Analytics will also be provided.
