Project Title:
Copilot Studio Agent Developer – Long-Term Freelance Opportunity
Project Description:
I am seeking a highly skilled and responsive freelancer to help build and manage agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can deliver speed, quality, and clear communication.
You will receive detailed instructions and vision documents from me. Your role will be to interpret, refine, and implement those into fully functional agents. You must be able to take direction well, communicate clearly, and be available for updates and collaboration via Freelancer.com or Microsoft Teams.
Required Skills:
Copilot Studio Expertise
Experience creating agents from scratch or using templates.
Understanding of custom agents versus those that extend Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Ability to define agent name, description, instructions, and capabilities.
Tool Integration
Proficiency in configuring tools for agent interaction, including:
Microsoft Dataverse
OneDrive, SharePoint, Planner, Excel Online Business connectors
Power Automate flows
REST APIs
MCP Servers
Custom connectors
Conversational Design
Ability to create and customize topics using triggers, conditions, and generative AI.
Experience building multi-turn dialogs and branching logic.
Agent Linking
Familiarity with the “Other agents” feature to modularize workflows.
Ability to embed skills from sub-agents into main flows.
Deployment and Optimization
Experience publishing agents to Teams, web apps, mobile apps, and Microsoft 365 Business Chat.
Ability to monitor performance, adjust prompts/tools, and optimize cost and message consumption.
Governance and Collaboration
Experience with co-authoring agents, managing permissions, and maintaining documentation.
Ability to apply version control and report all changes made to the environment.
Training and Practice
Familiarity with Copilot Studio in a Day, Copilot Academy, and sandbox environments.
Communication Requirements:
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
Must be responsive and polite at all times.
Must be available to communicate via Freelancer.com or Microsoft Teams.
Must be able to report back clearly on all actions taken in the environment.

If you are not responsive, the project will be terminated.
If you cannot deliver quickly and with quality, the project will be terminated.
