Scope of work
- Phase 1: Create a demo with AI Tutor (chat + voice), a basic synced avatar, one interactive lesson with auto-grading, gamification, a parent dashboard with dummy data, and a GDPR consent/onboarding step.
- Phase 2: Develop an MVP with student/parent dashboards, AI tutor integrated with Google AI stack, quizzes with instant feedback, gamification logic, authentication, and a polished demo. Timeline: ~2 months.
- Phase 3: Build the Full App with curriculum integration, realistic AI avatar, scalable backend on GCP, role-based user management, advanced gamification/adaptive learning, GDPR-K compliance, and cloud deployment on GCP. Timeline: 4–6 months.
