Conversational AI Appointment Setter Integration

I need a developer to set up a conversational AI system using Eleven Labs for booking appointments.
Requirements:
- AI makes calls using a VoIP service or something suitable (elevenlabs) but we need to hook this up
- Integrate with Microsoft Outlook for calendar updates - automatically book into two staff calanders
- Use existing data (name, email, state) for AI conversations
- Email prospect post-call with appointment details
- Email us with booking notifications
- Update an Excel document with each booking
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with Eleven Labs and conversational AI
- N8N specialist or something similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook integration
