CAN-Bus Diagnostic and Analysis - conversion to GUI

I am looking for a freelancer who can analyze and decode specific vehicle diagnostics data from a CAN-BUS system, specifically a Tesla, and more specifically, the high-voltage system. The goal is to convert this data into a user-friendly graphic or diagram. I would like to view the data live and also be able to print out a diagram that containes the basic data of the HV system.
