Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I need a practical temperature-control solution that can independently drive:
• 1–2 ventilation fans
• 2–4 split or package AC units
• An emergency light circuit
• A smoke detector interface

Primary objective: when an off-gas purge is triggered, the system must react immediately—spinning the fans up first, then moderating the AC load to maintain staff comfort without tripping demand-response limits.

Key points
• Sensing: use RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) inputs only—no thermocouples or thermistors.
• Control logic: local-only operation; I do not require cloud or remote access.
• Outputs: relay or solid-state switching rated for the above loads, with clear isolation between high- and low-voltage sections.
• User feedback: basic local indicators (LEDs or small LCD) showing current temperature, fan status, AC status, and alarm states.
• Safety: integrate smoke-detector contact so the emergency light and fans come on automatically if smoke is detected.
• Priority sequencing: purge event overrides comfort cooling; afterwards, normal comfort control resumes while respecting demand-response constraints.

Deliverables I expect at this budget level:
1. Detailed block diagram and full wiring schematic.
2. Verified bill of materials with supplier part numbers.
3. Microcontroller firmware (well-commented C/C++ or Arduino-compatible) that handles sensor reading, control logic, and output driving.
4. Basic test plan so I can power up a prototype and confirm functions—including a forced purge test and smoke alarm test.
5. Short hand-off document describing expansion points (e.g., adding the optional second fan or additional AC units).
