Control of a food processing system

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me control a food processing system. It needs to be able to balance both manual and automated control systems with moderate levels of complexity. The controller must be able to monitor and adjust the temperature accurately and consistently. I need someone with experience in setting up automated systems and an in-depth knowledge of food processing systems including Petri net and SFC.
