Siprotec 5 7VU85 Control Setup

I have a Siemens Siprotec 5 7VU85 that must take full control of seven circuit breakers on our switchboard. The relay’s job is strictly control-oriented: it has to issue open/close commands, capture live status indications, and perform fault-detection-and-isolation logic for each breaker. All messaging will ride on Profinet, so every dataset, logical node, and signal list has to be mapped with that protocol in mind—no IEC 61850, Modbus, or DNP3 gateways.
You’ll start from a clean slate: the relay is factory-fresh and the breakers are already wired to the digital inputs/outputs. I’ll provide the I/O list, breaker addresses, and a one-line diagram; you return a tested parameter file and concise commissioning notes I can hand to the field techs.

• DIGSI 5 settings file (.pcmp) fully configured for 7 breakers
• Profinet device & network settings ready to load
• Logic diagrams (CFC) for open/close, status supervision, and fault isolation
• Step-by-step upload/commissioning guide plus test sheet
I’ll validate by importing the file, running hardware-in-the-loop checks, and executing each control action from SCADA. If everything operates as specified, the job is done.
