C&I DMS Documentation Compilation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need an experienced Control & Instrumentation professional—ideally someone who has already worked on power-plant projects—to bring order to a large batch of DMS documentation. The job is straightforward but detail-critical: gather every C&I file I provide, verify that each drawing or index entry is the current revision, rename it to match the project’s tagging convention, and assemble everything into a clean, well-structured folder hierarchy.
You’ll be working with loop drawings, instrument indexes and other technical documents, so familiarity with typical plant standards is essential. When everything is in place, deliver the entire package as a single compressed (ZIP) archive that can be handed straight to the client’s QA team.
If you’ve done something similar, let me know which plants or projects you supported and, if possible, include a small sample that shows your folder structure and naming logic (redacted is fine). Accuracy and consistency are more important to me than speed, but I would like an estimated turnaround once you see the file count.
