tenant unfair eviction notice

I am looking for help in challenging an unfair eviction notice. The eviction notice is for a violation of the lease agreement, with eviction coming 2 weeks after signing a one-year lease. landlord is currently setting up renovations in our basement apartment which will make tenancy very difficult, I do have evidence and documentation to challenge the eviction notice, so I need an experienced professional able to review the evidence and aggressively represent my interests. I got legal advice from our EAP group at work but have not taken any other legal action regarding tenant/landlord disputes.
