solicitor to draft a terms of business

I am looking for a solicitor to draft terms of business for my software company. We currently have terms of business in place but I am looking to revise or enhance them, particularly in regards to the Terms & Conditions. I require a solicitor who is knowledgeable in the specific regulations and policies applicable to the software industry so they can ensure that our terms of business meet all of the necessary standards. The chosen solicitor should also have excellent drafting and negotiating skills and a comprehensive understanding of the relevant laws and regulations, especially for Irish market.
