I need a lawyers letter

I signed on with Ovation Credit Repair in January of 2021. They have been sending me monthly notifications that credit challenges and inquiries have been sent yet I have not received responses from the credit agencies or creditors since March of 2021 which by law they must send out. I mentioned this to Ovation and the caseworker found that odd as well. Today they want to refund me for April 2021 until August. Thus, basically saying they have not been doing what I hired them to do for months. They have closed my account without my permission; locked me out of my online access as well. They have misrepresented their actions and significantly delayed my getting traction on some of these credit issues.
