I need a lawyer for a dispute with another unit owner in a condominium building and and their insurance company. Dispute happening in Illinois

Job ID: 33155549

Budget: $50 – $0 USD

I am a condominium owner. Another unit owner claims I was responsible for damage to their building. They have been reimbursed for damage by their insurance company (except for the deductible), and I have received a subrogation letter from the insurance company. I need to 1) decide whether to pay or dispute the subrogation claim (the liability is somewhat ambiguous). If I do pay, I would like to have the insurance company and the other unit owners sign "hold harmless" agreements. If I do not pay, I'd like assistance in disputing the subrogation claim, either through negotiations or eventually in court. I have a concern that without a hold harmless agreement, if I pay the subrogation, they unit owners will sue me for additional damages outside of the insurance claim, so I would likely not settle the subrogation claim without hold harmless agreements from both parties. Scope of work here would, ideally, be a consultation and drafting of the hold harmless agreements, or consultation and then support for response to the subrogation claim.
