I need an attorney for deposition and preparation of documents responses

I am the plaintiff in a lawsuit that I had filed for me by an attorney who could not finish the entire process. I have been working on responses to interrogatories and requests for responses alone and I really need someone with an understanding of education or government entity discrimination to help me with the final responses to get them admitted and to draft a response to deposition request for documents along with a settlement offer.
