looking for the Expert, who can prepare Policies for the Company Employees.

I am looking for an expert who can prepare HR policies for our company. Although I have a general idea of the policies needed, I am open to suggestions and would appreciate the expertise of the freelancer in this area. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing HR policies and be able to provide professional guidance. The job involves preparing more than 7 policies, so the freelancer should be able to handle a large workload.
