investment agreement

I am looking to hire an experienced freelancer to review a seed funding agreement for me. We have review the document but we'd like to lawyer's expertise in going over the terms, especially looking at the investor's right and if a follow-on would grant them board seat and votes that would hinder us from passing small decisions without their consent ie: always requiring them to agree on our company decisions.
