find contracts

I'm looking for IT Services contracts and need help identifying opportunities. My goal is to find 1-3 contracts to begin with. I need help finding the right companies and leads, as well as assessing and determining which ones are the best to pursue. I'm also open to creating my own contracts if they make sense for the project. I'm looking for a partner who can help me identify promising opportunities and follow up with them to secure the right contracts.
