Contract Review -- 2

I am a writer and was sent a contract from a new editor. I just want to ensure I'm not signing over anything and that I understand the contents of the contract. The contract is four pages long. I need help reviewing a service agreement for a project I'm undertaking. I require a freelancer to review the entire agreement rather than focusing on specific sections as specified by me. The agreement is subject to US law. I'm looking to get a full review and assurance that everything is in order.
