agent agreement

I am looking for a Freelancer to help me create a Sales Agent Agreement. This agreement will be used to support the relationship between myself and a sales agent. I am open to discuss different options and formats for the agreement, so I am looking for a freelancer with a lot of experience in this area. The main terms and conditions I would like included are the commission structure, termination clauses and exclusivity clauses. My ideal freelancer will be able to help me define and negotiate these terms and create a legally binding agreement that meets my needs.
