Writing a contract agreement

A freight broker company in US needs to hire a freelancer to write a "broker-carrier agreement." The agreement/contract can be at least four pages. For reference purposes, the freelancer should be able to find many templates and samples up one searching on Google for the "broker carrier agreement." I would like the freelancer to Prepare the agreement/contract only not the entire broker carrier packet.
