Write a manufacturing agreement draft Chinese and English

Hi, we are looking for someone experienced to write up a manufacturing agreement. We are ideally looking for someone with lots of experience as we need someone to suggest certain clauses that we could have easily over looked to make sure our company is as protected as possible.
The manufacturer we are working with is a Chinese factory, so a thorough understanding of the Chinese language would be essential.

This contract will be a draft that we can go back and forth with the manufacturer with before we reach an agreement.
