Write a legal contract agreement

I need a contract written between my business and another business. My business is renting space in this business to place machines in for $500 a month. The contract must state That the business renting the space does not own or operate the machines. The contract must also state that to the business renting the space’ (Tres Pesos Bar & Grill) knowledge, the machines are legal and games of skill. The contract does not need to be more Than 1-2 pages long, keep it straight forward and simple. If it is longer, than that is fine. The contract is between Tres Pesos Bar & Grill and Wild oak amusement. Please include two lines for signatures.
