Urgent: Saas e-commerce solution legal contract

Hi,
I need a contract template for a saas e-commerce solution that will be offered to our clients:
- the Saas solution provided to our client will be developped on Magento using a theme with minor customization for brand guidelines to be applied.
- it will have some key features that we will list down
- support and maintenance will be included
- customization will be charged extra at a rate of X/hour.
- minimum engagement is 3 years.
- client can exit before but will have to pay remaining monthly fees.
- in case client decide to move to a new scope for a dedicated e-commerce solution with us, remaining months in the contract will not be charged once migrated to the new solution developped by the company.
Juridiction: UAE, Dubai court
