Urgent: Legal Document Editing
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need someone IMMEDIATELY (ie today) that can take a hand mark-up of a 50 page legal agreement (DE limited partnership agreement) and make the changes to the agreement in Microsoft Word, and link the section references throughout the document to the right sections. Ideally, create a TOC.
I need you to spend 3 hours at the most on this, and then stop. You can provide a flat fee for 3 hours of work, or an hourly rate, which we would use for this and work in the future. If you do an excellent job, I will give you a lot more work in the near future.
You will be working with a hand-annotated printed document. The document does not have any specific styles or formats to follow, so standard legal document formatting is fine. All sections of the document are equally important, with no sections requiring special attention or customization.
Skills & Experience:

- Ability to work under tight deadlines
