USAID subcontract agreement

I am looking for an experienced subcontractor to help with a USAID subcontract agreement. This will involve outlining the responsibilities and obligations of both the independent subcontractor and our company. The agreement must also include delineating the scope of work and deliverables, establishing the payment terms and schedule, and defining any other associated terms and conditions. Finally, this must be completed within the specified deadline.
