I am seeking a legal expert to assist in administering an AB Trust following the passing of the first spouse. The only asset of this trust is a real property valued at approximately $800k.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal notices to beneficiaries and facilitating the transfer of property to the A-B Trust.
- Assist in appraising the property's value.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in trust administration.
- Strong legal background, particularly in property and trust law.
- Ability to appraise property and manage the associated tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with beneficiaries.
