True ownership

My company is purchasing 2 commercial vehicles and will be using my dads company’s insurance. To do this I will be placing both our companies on the titles of the vehicles as an “and/or”. Ie. “Titan Logistics Division and/or Titan Underground”. I would like a contract drafted to show actual ownership of the vehicles lies with Titan Logistics Division.
