Transaction Coordination for Real Estate

I am a "Transaction Coordinator", which means that I operate a business that helps Realtors with their paperwork. I know AI can help me, but I don't know to what extent. What I would like to do, is create a program that could interact with several real estate platforms (such as Docusign, California Association of Realtors, MLS, KW Command, Skyslope, etc) and do much of the busywork that I have to do for me. Examples that I believe AI could help with, are creating sales reports, obtaining signatures on documents, and file/task scheduling. Ultimately I would like to be able to feed a sales contract into an AI, and have it fill in some spreadsheets for me and be able to obtain signatures for me on command, to allow me to be more productive. Is this something that you could help with? And if so, what is the rate and the approximate timeline? Thank you
