Terms of reference with full technical details of crowdfunding platform
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Need assistance in drafting the full terms of reference for a crowdfunding platform. The platform need to include but not limited to the following:
- Platform should offer the 3 types of funding: Donations, Debt and Equity (you may refer to Lenderkit.com demo they have something similar where the fundraiser chooses what types of funding he is requesting). After this is defined, the investments can be categorised in different categories, such as Real estate, renewable energies, etc. There will be some focus on SMEs. May refer to wiseed.com which shows different categories/types of investments.
- Platform should be Shariah Compliant, but this does not impact the structure, probably just the products and legal documentation (you may refer to qardus.com).
- The platform will be established in Morocco. Need to see the payment system how it will be done to be linked with CMI Morocco (and/or others: https://www.wamda.com/2014/01/maroc-telecommerce-monopoly-over-what-are-the-alternatives)
- The platform will also need to consider the GDPR requirements (see Lenderkit.com have something similar during registration)
In summary, we are looking at something like wiseed.com with shariah compliant features like qardus.com and some technical aspects for registration (GDPR and others) like those from lenderkit.com
There are other details which we can discuss.
