Terms and conditions for interior decorator

In need of a notary / lawyer - I am a new drawing office, based in Austria, offering consultation, architectural drawings and interior decorating service. I need to have terms and conditions to protect my drawings, clarify the working relationship and specify my retention fees. There are other things that I feel that I would not know about that I would need help with, since I am not a lawyer/ notary.
