Terms and Conditions for a Landscaping buisness

Hi,
Please find attached a document covering some terms I would like you to include in our terms and conditions. Also, there is a copy of Green Onions Landscaping T&C's, they cover all the things really well and worth using as a good guide to all the items we need to cover.
Below are some things to keep in mind in relations their T&C's
Green Onion's Landscaping T&C's
We do mainly Hard and Soft landscaping not maintenance.
Ref: 2.1 - quote days valid period will be on the quote.
Ref: 5.3 - We generally provide our own portable WC, However, if job are only a few days it would need to be the customer to provide access to their WC.
Ref: 11 DEPOSITS and 12 LANDSCPAING JOBS EXCEEDING TWO WEEKS PERIOD - These types of details should be in the Payment Schedule we attached to the quote as it will vary from client to client.
Ref: 21 DISPOSAL FO GREEN WASTE - Exclude
Ref: TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GARDEN MAINTENACE BUSINESS CONTRACTS - Exclude
Garden Design Terms
I will need a few sentences on the garden design services form also written.
