Template Descriptions

Please find enclosed several example documents which shall provide you with an overview and an idea of what we request. Afterwards, once we have found an agreement, we will provide other documents to do the same.

1.) VMT-Form Job Specification-V0-Sro
a. Introduction to the service requested (read carefully)
2.) VMT-Give and Take List-1-Standart
a. One example from many forms we are requesting the service as described in n° 1.
b. This form represents the average complexity we will provide to do further jobs, there are others which are more or less complex (some very simple).
3.) VMT-Form description (Template)
a. related to n° 2. filled as an example for your reference
b. Shall serve as an example of an application
4.) VMT-Form description (Template (blank)
a. Contains further information in the fields to fill

2 Services are requested;
- Review the forms provided and give feedback
- Fill in the VMT-Form description as requested.

If you can do the job and we agree on the conditions, we will send you a start 3 forms to work through the points as described above. Once we are satisfied, we will discuss how to progress further since we will have many of those forms.

Going through the different files it should give you the needed information to do the job.
