Team Leader - Blockchain Development

I'm seeking a Team Leader for our blockchain development team. We're building a cutting-edge airdrop multisender platform on Ethereum, similar to multisender.app.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the blockchain dev team to create and enhance smart contracts for token distribution.
- Work closely with our project manager and product team to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
Smart Contract Functions:
- Our primary focus is on gas fee optimization.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has 3-5 years of experience in blockchain development.
- Proven leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Ethereum and smart contract development.
- Experience with gas fee optimization strategies.
