Target Price Contract

I need to add a schedule to a existing contract to incorporate a Target Price element to the contract which is currently a Lump Sum Contract. I need to incorporate a new schedule which will add new definitions and add to Schedule B -Compensation the elements of the Target Price cost and describe of change management will work with the new Hybrid form of contract.
