Subcontractor Agreement Review

I am looking for a freelancer to review a subcontractor agreement focusing on the payment terms. I already have a copy of the agreement and would also like legal advice regarding it. Specifically need clarification on one of the clause. 22.2 which says Each of the Parties acknowledges that, in agreeing to enter into this agreement, it has not relied on any representation, warranty, collateral contract or other assurance (except those set out in this agreement and the documents referred to in it) made by or on behalf of any other Party before the signature of this agreement. Each of the Parties waives all rights and remedies which, but for this sub-clause, might otherwise be available to it in respect of any such representation, warranty, collateral contract or other assurance, provided that nothing in this Clause ‎22.2 will limit or exclude any liability for fraud.
