Sponsorship Agreement Review

I am posting on behalf of a charity which works for students studying in the UK. We are a growing organization and there are several organizations who like to partner with us commercially, as a sponsor.
We had an agreement drawn out previously with one of the sponsor. The agreement is of 4 pages. The only addition is an additional clause to be added for the renewal agreement.
Additionally, we want the existing agreement to be checked by a professional solicitor. We need this to be done as soon as possible.
