My client has an AV Hire & Installations business and they need some contracts written up. These contracts include:

Hire Terms & Conditions
No two jobs will be the same, so the contracts need to cover all legalities to keep my client covered but they also need to be customisable for each job. The servicing agreement will need to cover warranty repairs, out of warranty repairs etc.
In my line of work, I have a standard contract that I send out along with a booking form. I tailor the booking form to the specific client and don't amend any information in the actual contract. I wonder if the same principle is worth following for my client and their business.
