Service Agreement Drafting

I'm in need of a legal professional to draft a comprehensive Service Agreement.
The agreement will be a loan that will be repaid in one year in exchange for some architectural services where the company that I will be entering into an agreement with will apply for planning permission for my property.

- Payment Terms: Outlining the financial aspects of the agreement.

The agreement will be between two companies. You must be able to identify any risks to both parties and create clauses which mitigate those risks.
Requirements:
1) Must be a solicitor, barrister or paralegal in the UK and must be willing to provide credentials
2) Must be based in the UK and comfortable with writing a contract
