IT Service Agreement - Custom Written
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I own a small IT company that builds web and mobile apps.
I need to have contract templated drafted which I can use in our fixed-scope, fixed-price projects.
I want a well-written, easy-to-understand, well-structured and organized document.
I previously attempted to have this prepared 2 times. Both have failed. The reason for this is they did know law well, but they did not know how to write.
I am looking for someone who understands how to write well, with some communication know-how, beside legal know-how. You need to understands these documents won't serve as a legal document only but are also business documents as well. So you need to be a good writer as well as a good laywer.
Also from my past experiences, I know that I don't need anything based on templates or ready clauses from different sources. This won't work for majority of the document becouse of our unqie approach to projects and to this kind of documents. Document should be designed and written, specifically for my business, according to our needs.
- The writing should describe our unquie project workflow and have terms shaped around that. You need to understand our workflows and approach in order to plan, and write this document.
- The document should have flow of information designed. Information given should not confuse the user. It should use a simple language. It should explain larger concepts and details them out with the respecting terms, in a proper flow.
- Document should be well organised. Sections, subsections and their titles, should be well designed to have a proper structure across the document.
- Writing should not only cover legal aspects but informative writing should also be in place.
- Writing style should take in account this is not a legal document only but is a business document. It should be prevented the reader to have negative thoughts about the processes and clauses of the document.
