Looking for a General Contractor for Fix & Flip Projects in Indianapolis
We, Sahar and Naor, are real estate investors specializing in fix & flip projects in Indianapolis. We are looking for an experienced and reliable General Contractor to manage renovations and property improvements. If the collaboration is successful, we would love to establish a long-term partnership for future projects.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in fix & flip renovations – Preferably someone who has worked with real estate investors and understands the market needs.
✔ Valid license & insurance – Must have an active contractor’s license and general liability insurance.
✔ Full project management – Overseeing crews, staying within budget, and adhering to strict timelines.
✔ Responsibility for all workers on-site – The contractor must take full responsibility for their crew, ensuring proper work supervision, compliance with safety regulations, and covering workers’ compensation if applicable.
✔ Transparency & fair pricing – Working within a predefined budget without unexpected cost overruns.
✔ Immediate availability – For an initial project, with the potential for an ongoing relationship.
✔ Strong vendor & supplier network – Ability to source quality materials at competitive prices.
Project Scope Includes:
? Full renovations – painting, electrical, plumbing, kitchen & bathroom remodels, flooring, and more.
? Obtaining permits when necessary.
? Managing and coordinating subcontractors and laborers on-site.
? Ensuring safety and compliance with local regulations.
? Meeting deadlines for fast and efficient project completion.
