Sales for IT services

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented IT Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an IT Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT services and refurbished hardware to businesses and organizations in SE Asia. Your primary objective will be to generate new leads, develop strong client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets within the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and prospect potential customers in the target market through various channels, mainly through cold calling and linked in outreach
* Present and demonstrate our IT services and refurbished hardware solutions to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and cost savings.
* Develop and maintain a sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
* Close sales and generate purchase orders or contracts, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Experience in IT sales, preferably in selling IT services and/or refurbished hardware a big plus
* Speak good English with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, understand customer needs, and present solutions effectively.
* Interested to earn more through commission
