We need a full review of our SLA, work authorisation and NDA.
We also need to update our SLA "NON-COMPETITION AND NON-SOLICITATION" section with "Non-Solicitation of Employees" and "Non-Solicitation of Customers".
Our developers (employees) work on missions for our customers and need to protect them from being hired by others, directly and indirectly.
