Review commercial building lease agreement

I am in need of help with reviewing the lease agreement for a commercial building I am renting. The current lease agreement is 3 years or more in length and I need assistance with understanding the legal terminology within the lease. In particular, I need help interpreting the details to ensure I am not agreeing to something I am not comfortable with. I do not need help with negotiating the lease agreement.
