Retail Store Lease Agreement Draft

I'm in need of a strong negotiator of a lease agreements with Starbucks like companies. We have a 1.5 acre lot that will have a Starbucks, an EV parking and my own gas station. I need someone who understands the complexities in these multi-tenant development projects such as easements, CC&R, maintenance sharing etc. There will be repeat work for a good attorney / paralegal.
